The Courtyard on West Franklin Street
1998 Town of Chapel Hill Community Design Commission Award
for Excellence in Commercial Landscaping. The Award reads:
"Walking from Franklin through the center court to the parking
area beyond, one continually experiences spaces that are
a kaleidoscope of texture, plant varieties and forms. In
recognizing the richness of this landscape the CDC would
like to give recognition to the following: Susan Koenigshofer,
owner of SCK Design, Mary Jane Baker, owner of Spring Branch
Landscapes, and David Bacon, owner of Pywacket Restaurant."
